#KateEmeraldShellChallenge I rebuilt the Landgraab's lot using Kate Emerald's Shell in order to make it look like it suits a rich family more. I also wanted it to be a little retro because a lot of houses in the desert (where I live) are old and retro looking. I hope I didn't break any rules. The house features a waterfall into a swimming pool and a young teen's getaway house in the back. I used a primarily red, white, and black theme. #modern #retro #combo #residential #house
