PLEASE READ! This home is modeled after my Great-Grandfather's retirement home in Verbena, AL - just north of Montgomery. It was built in 1900. Notice the kicthen separate from the living space? This was a design used to keep hot air from the kitchen from warming up the entire home. The real home has sadly been neglected by its current owner, so I wanted to use Sims to "restore" it to its former glory.
