It's play tested, everything is accesible but there are a few clipping issues here and there due to unnatural placements. I used MOO for just about everything. It's made to be a residental lot, with a master bedroom and two children's bedrooms, but it could be made into a community lot, like a park, library or maybe even a restaurant. I hope you enjoy it!
