Hey fellow Simmers! I've tried to build houses in the Sims 4 in the past, but this is the first build that I am really proud of! This recently renovated colonial style home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 kids' room, 3 full bathrooms, a swimming pool & hot tub, and beautiful gardens surrounding the house.
