The outside of this charming colonial suburban is fully complete, but the interior is open to customize it as you please. My suggestion for the layout is that the extra room downstairs can be made into an office, but if needed you can make it into a small bedroom. The master bedroom is upstairs and the one that is attached to the bathroom.
