First time making a colonial house. It has a beautiful wintergarden in the back where your sims can have some nice tea or read a book. fully furnished for a familiy of 8 sims. 2 parents, 2 teens, 2 boys and 2 girls. It has a nice swimming pool in the back and some monkeybars for your children.
