I transformed this building from FrejaStolpe into an art gallery and coffee. Ground floor is composed of a kitchen and an outdoor café. First floor is dedicated to almost 30 paintings (made by my sims) with a mix of fun art elements. A nice walk through exposition ! The rooftop is a bar, and a privat part welcomes the garden to have fresh fruits for the café. If you play with it, would be happy to know what you did with ;) !
