I don't know why, but, when I build with no budget, I somehow ALWAYS go over 100k (it's probably all the clutter I use lol). This home sleeps 8 sims. 2 parents, 3 teens, 2 kids, and a toddler were what I had in mind while building, but it's easily adjustble to fit different ages! Also, some of the items I used arent functional bc I sized them down for decoration more than function.
