I was inspired by another player's ghetto flats. The idea behind this build is that a Sim started building their dream home but went over budget and ran out of funds. It was closed down by the couil, fenced off and has turned into a bit of a scrapyard, that the local kids have graffitied. #clutter #ghetto #modern #rundown #squat #nocc
