Made for my Tech Guru Sims. The basement is specially designed for their gaming club and gloomy men club. There's a pool, a small garden, a bonfire, and outdoor dining. The 2nd floor bedrooms are empty but the rest of the house is fully furnished. There is also a fully furnished attic that you can't see in the pictures.
