NoCC Skygarden Lounge FIX
Apparently I tricked the game into letting me extend the rooms into the glass roof. If it doesn't work for you and a wall blocks the view into the glass dome from the outside when you place it, try put a fence inside the wall / removing /adding a fence. Inspired by the actual skygarden in London (it's stunning!).
