Riverway Nursing Home
This is a 20x15 house from the University Pack that I have redesigned to be a retirement home / nursing home for the elderly. It can hold six residents with two nurses, with six bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a living room, a gathering area and three bathrooms (six showers and three toilets in total), all fitted on three floors.
