Rooftop Lounge...with a twist. This lounge is the best of both worlds. Through the week, this is a wonderful place to hangout and get drinks, towards the weekends it gets very lively. This was made for my playthrough, where I have a Mob/Mafia club that "ordered" the owner to make a wing just for them. They use this area to discuss their latest crimes and overlook the young crowd partying below. #lounge #club
