I think I like how this turned out, so I thought I'd share it in case other people like it as well :) this is a health center that has a cafeteria, multiple waiting areas, a children's ward and play area, an indoor terrarium, a rooftop garden, an outdoor zen garden, an exam room, an x-ray/test room, an ER, and a chief doctor's office.
