My Simself has flipped enough houses to have enough funds to buy up all of the abandoned lots in Magnolia Promenade. We bulldozed everything and hired #EpicGamingMomma as the architect to put up affordable housing lots. This lot ended up being a pretty colorful, eclectic design. The owner decided to start up the beginnings of her cupcakery dream, so in fact, this is a dream home. As usual #catatron16 has art all over this lot. Hope you enjoy!
