Sooo... I tried to build an authentic 1950s home and I'm so happy with the outcome. I took some liberty (and by some I mean a lot) concerning the floorplan, but the furniture and overall interior is pretty authentic. I researched how people furnished their homes back then and, well... Let's just say, compared to modern interior design, some things are absolutely outrageous (look at the bathrooms!!!).
