i built this house for my sims as their vaction home. they always wanted a second house for the holidays but they couldn't afford it. So this is not a 5+ stars vacation house (my next build will be!). but the interior is still more modern & inexpensiv! this house has 3 BR (2 Master + 1 Kids), 1 Bathroom + 1 outdoorshower and a lot of other stuff.
