A #family friendly version of #Dock #Den, it boasts 3 large bedrooms, with a guest bedroom having its own ensuite. Can modify the house to make it more kid-friendly, as the rooms are currently more catered to child-elders. Didn't change the house too much in terms of the original lounge are, downstairs bathroom and kitchen.
