The owner of this former fish shop decided to retire and instead of selling the lot and moving town bc he loved the location so much, he completely renovated it into his retirement home. Well only problem was that the lingering stench of fish proved too hard to remove and he found himself soon the favorite stop for the Bay's cat population.
