Here is a set of 3 apartments, 2 of which are furnished. The largest apartment is unfurnished so you can have fun designing it for yourself. The decor is simple and uncluttered. Add more flora if you like. I left it the way it is because I liked the look of the bare courtyard. I have had a sim test everything and all works fine.
