The Condo complex
Three different dwellings in one. 1st and 2nd condo's are two bedroom. Bottom floor is a one bedroom;all three are cat friendly. The sims I had living here all had pets, and were all pretty friendly with eachother. So they decided as a group to take down the dividing fences on the porches. So they could all intermingle between floors. Outdoors is a small pond and fishing area + a communal campfire.
