I did a 30 minute build challenge using mainly base game, get together and cottege living. I ended up including vampires because of the toilets! Some accents from other packs as well. The time went very quickly, I got so carried away in desgining the house, choosing windows and placing the stairs that I ran out of time. Small bathroom downstairs.
