This 2 bed, 3 bath house is great for artsy or musical sims. It comes with a large kitchen, a cat room, gym, art studio, 2 offices, a pool, and a garden. It also has a piano, violin, and guitar, as well as the woodworking table. I built it for the 4 sims and cat that I am currently playing.
