The first floor is a lovely and moody lounge. The second floor is a fully functioning restaurant, and the third is a night club. What's on the fourth floor you ask? That's for the VIPs and celebrities to know and for you to only imagine and speculate. I do hear they get up to quite a bit of mischeif up there though. But who knows?
