James aka @thesimsupply asked us recently if we could help him with the floorplan of a townhouse he was building as part of a challenge. I got a bit carried away, so instead of just creating a floorplan I furnished the entire build, keeping in mind the restraints James had of a 50.000 budget, it having to be 3 floors, and there being enough room for 3-4 sims.
