Hideaway house
The Hindquarter Hideaway may be the furthest property from the water’s edge, but the small fishing pond nearby more than makes up for it. I built this house for a sort of hermit sim. Someone who, in my sims world, is a stalker. They have a small creepy basement but yu can easily get rid of this for a normal house.
