50k Budget home
Built a house for my Current Sims brother, who will be moving in this house with his boyfriend very soon! They both attend UofB and have a old cat named Mercury. Using the new split and move feature, I gave him 50k so that's why this has 2 empty bedrooms, but of course, you can change and furnish however u like!
