Grandma's Cape Cod is a small and affordable house that can fit 4 Sims total. It is under 50K so pretty decent compared to my other builds. I do not have Nifty Knitting so if you want your grandma to knit you'll need to add materials in. It should be easy to replace a few things. You'll also want move objects on (bb.moveobjects on).
