Mision de Las Estrellas a former Spanish Mission. Built when Del Sol Valley was a minor group of Haciendas sat abaondoned for many years until the famous actor Douglas Fitzsbanks bought and remodeled it in the silent film age. At one time the Mision and it's grounds encompassed all od Chateau Peak, but over time much of the land was sold off by former owners.
