Here is an #upgraded version of my Herring Park house. A little over #50k and #moveinready . I love upgrading my starter homes as if the families that lived there just added on some square footage to the exsisting house. This house is #empty except the basic things you have when you move in such as cabinets, fireplace, bathroom appliances and such.
