Swamp on Stilts
There's something to be said about creativity of the person who developed the first house on stilts. Perhaps he was just fed up of trying to push the water away from where he wanted to build. Perhaps he didn't realise that you could just build the house elsewhere. Either way, it is quite charming in its quirkiness.
