I did a bit of a makeover for this house because imo it seemed a bit empty (and it was missing toliets). I noticed it whilst watching The Sim Supply play in this house. I gave Octavia an actual office space, Thorne a deluxe recording studio, and the son a proper bedroom. I left a blank room if you decided to have them try for another child.
