based on 1921 Sears modern home catalog no# 3035A blue print. the only a couple things are not accurate are the bay windows (the windows are huge) and a L shape stairs, even tho we don't have that style stairs in game, I had to be a lil creative to make it match from the model home in RL. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, work shed, and basement with laundry room by #Kuehnoefer , used #MOO #noCC please DO NOT re-upload!
