I started this build by renovating another persons build (called Tiny Living - Caravan) to fit my own sims needs but ended up changing it completely so here it is, I promise its not stolen! It can fit 2 sims, but it does have a small office for sims working from home which could be turnede into a small kids room. And yes - it has a hot tub on the roof.
