I've never been to Cape Cod, but I really love Cape Cod style architecture. I decided to challenge myself and use only base game items. It was pretty tough, but I think I came as close to the style as I could. This house is small and while its technically not a starter home, It has two beds/two baths. I tried to make the most out of the small space by doing an open floor plan. I added some sand terrain paint to give it that special touch. I hope you like it! #CapeCod #smallfamilyhome #charming
