The same build as the original 'Mermaid Palace' I shared, but I fixed the gap in the exterior freize/paintwork I managed to miss the first time and I added some lot traits as well - because why not! (It does annoy me a bit that small edits such as these can't be made without sharing the lot all over again, but never mind).
