Surprise, surprise, another era build - this time it's a 1930s inspired "English cottage" style home! It was designed with a single mother and two kids in mind, but the house can always be modified to your gameplay needs, of course. It's a small house, and I tried to make it as cheap as possible using no packs (we don't have enough cool base game builds).
