SIMema4 and Cafe
This cinema has entertainment for all your sims. Bottom floor has 4 theaters and popcorn. Upper floor has cafe, game area, dance floor with DJ booth, bar, and an area to sit around and visit. Restrooms are on both floors. I have it as a cafe, but can easily be transformed into other lots. If you download, make sure to place while in build mode with move objects on.
