So I builded a house for 4 sim. I mean family with 2 kids (2nd floor and 3rd floor). You can see a house with loft style. Yes I tried to build loft styled house. About bathroom in one there isn't builded shower or bath. And I didn't checked all items like i didnt checked children room. But I think sims can use it.
