Jeong-gwan-heon(정관헌, 靜觀軒) is located in Deoksu Palace in Seoul. This buillding had built in 1900 by Russian architect Sabatine, it is the first European style palace building in Korea. But traditional Korean style can be found too. Emperor Go-jong loved coffee so much. He often to stay Jeong-gwan-heon and drank coffee.
