Took Maxis old something boathouse and turned it into the best seafood joint on the simcoast! Fun deck bar so you can watch the tired tourists come off the boats sunburnt, bedraggled, and dragging their unruly children, that are for some reason, dumping paint everywhere! This is a Maxis remodel turned restaurant.
