Hare and Hedgehog - reno
tbh, reno is a strong word. I really like this lot so I just added some quality of life improvements, such as new lighting, gender-neutral bathrooms, and turning it into an internet cafe. Should be fully functional, though there are some alt-placed chairs I didn't test.
