Photos don't really do the place justice, so I'd recommend downloading and checking it out for yourself (bb.moveobjects cheat before placing). Has private cabins for 4-8 sims and a shared kitchen, bathrooms and living/social areas. Also includes a small farm and a fire pit. There's still some room to grow or modify so feel free to adjust it to your needs.
