Magnolia University consists of four lots, I reccomend placing them all in Magnolia Promenade for a campus feel. This is the dorm building for Magnolia University. There are two buildings with a community floor, dorm floor, and apartment floor. There is a cafe, cafeteria, and two lounge areas on the bottom floors.
