Palmcrest Parkway
This is what I built on the lot that used to feature the Landgraab's mansion. A 1970's California vibe plays heavily with the landscape, and the highlights of the place is are the multiple decks and balconies. Tried to keep the floorplan very open, as I don't like a lot of clutter. The whole thing could be gutted, too, if someone wanted.
