So I attempted to build a decent copy of the Sowden House, CA. #basegamecontent only and yeah, I'm not the best at building. Since I'm using it for my #100BabyChallenge it's fitted as such and there are a multitude of empty rooms. There's a study and a dining room as well as a pre-master-bedroom lounge.
