Malibu House
Inspired by a real house in Malibu, CA. Built for my favorite Sim couple. Comes with a two-story guesthouse in the far corner which isn't part of the real house but an original addition. The living room is a "lower level". The only things not entirely original is the basement gym which is a reno of RobertR332 and the garage which is from RexyRinosaur.
