House 10 of my Newcrest Gardens neighbor hood is not a house at all! It's hard to believe but Newcrest used to be an industrial district. Back when the area was subdivided for housing, a young couple from the big city bought this old repair shop. Instead of tearing it down and building a house, they turned the old garage into a cafe.
