This #old paper #factory has been bought by the Clark brothers, two young spoiled boys from a wealthy family who go to #college now. It has two #colorful #studios on the second floor and a kitchen and an apartment for the #butler on the ground floor. In the basement there´s a #fancy #partyroom and a #hottub.
