This was The Blue Velvet and I decided to change it into a cafe with a gaming room upstairs! I have seen a lot of businesses like this and thought it would make a cool venue in the sims. Didn't do much to the outside but I think the inside turned out well, I also included the bakery retail spot but will be empty unless you fill them.
